Our Wedding Videography Packages:

Keepsake Wedding Video Package - $1,500.00

The Keepsake package offers 1 videographer for a 4 hour block, utilizing 2 cameras at the ceremony and 1 during the reception. Want coverage to begin before the ceremony to capture the time before you walk down the aisle? That's fine. You tell us when you would like us to start. The Keepsake Package includes:

• Coverage - 4 consecutive hours of coverage beginning at time of couple’s choice. We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to chosen time to setup equipment at Ceremony location and prepare to shoot.
• Camera Equipment - 2 HD Cameras at ceremony, 1 HD camera at reception (Combination of DSLR and professional 3 chip HD cameras will be used based on best camera for the location and activity)
• 1 Professional Operator – This level of services includes one professional staff videographer best suited to provide the particular services chosen by the customer.
• Audio Equipment - Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the audio. If available, a feed from sound board at church and reception may also be recorded. Additional portable mics may also be strategically placed at church and reception venue in order to capture audio that may not be mic’d properly to be heard by camera mics (singers, speakers, etc)
• Documentary edit of Ceremony – Full length edit of entire wedding ceremony utilizing best angles from each of 3 cameras,
• Documentary edit of Reception Important moments – Full length edits of reception introductions/entrances, first dances, cake cutting, toasts and speeches, Bouquet and Garter toss, last dance, and final exit.
• Short form edit of dancing party highlights at reception – We pull the best portions of different dances during the party portion of the reception and edit them into a 10-15 minute dance highlights video (Let’s face it, no one needs to watch someone do the entire Electric slide – 30 seconds or so, and you get the picture)
• Cinematic Highlights Edit of the entire day - From getting ready to the final moments of reception, we edit an artistic highlights video that covers all the important moments but condenses it down into a 10-30 minutes long emotion packed story, with creative styles and music added to convey all the emotions and excitement of the entire wedding day.
• Final Video Delivery – We provide the final delivery of 4 copies of edited video on DVD (Couple can choose Blu-Ray HD, Standard DVD, or a combination).

A $750 payment reserves wedding date. The reservation fee is a non-refundable fee that is applied to the total cost of your video package, payable at time of booking in order to reserve your wedding date.

Timeless Memories Wedding Video Package - $1,900.00

Our Timeless Memories package offers 1 videographer for a 6 hour block, with 2 cameras at the ceremony and 1 during the reception. The Timeless Memories Package includes:

• Coverage - 6 consecutive hours of coverage beginning at time of couple’s choice. We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to chosen time to setup equipment at Ceremony location and prepare to shoot.
• Camera Equipment - 2 HD Cameras at ceremony, 2 HD camera at reception (Combination of DSLR and professional 3 chip HD cameras will be used based on best camera for the location and activity)
• Professional Operators – This level of services includes one professional staff videographer best suited to provide the particular services chosen by the customer.
• Audio Equipment - Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the audio. If available, a feed from sound board at church and reception may also be recorded. The Legacy package provides 2 videographers for a 6 hour block, with 3 cameras at the ceremony and 2 during the reception. The Legacy Package includes:

Regency Wedding Video Package - $3,200.00

The Regency package adds a 3rd camera to the ceremony coverage, with 2 professional videographers covering all the action for 8 hours. The Regency Package includes:

• Coverage - 8 consecutive hours of coverage beginning at time of couple’s choice. We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to chosen time to setup equipment at Ceremony location and prepare to shoot.
• Camera Equipment - 4 HD Cameras at ceremony, 2 HD camera at reception (Combination of DSLR and professional 3 chip HD cameras will be used based on best camera for the location and activity)
• 2 Professional Operators – This level of services includes Brian Kelly and one additional professional staff videographer best suited to provide the particular services chosen by the customer.
• Audio Equipment - Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the audio. If available, a feed from sound board at church and reception may also be recorded. Additional portable mics may also be strategically placed at church and reception venue in order to capture audio that may not be mic’d properly to be heard by camera mics (singers, speakers, etc)

Optional Items:

• Photo Montage - DVD provided to play at Rehearsal dinner, reception - Pricing depends upon number of photos, and if they require us to scan or if they are provided digitally.
• Rehearsal Dinner Coverage - Coverage of rehearsal dinner to capture all the toasts, nice things said, and fun as you prepare for your wedding. $900.00 (3 hour coverage, 1 videographer)
• Video Booth - We will setup a video camera at the reception for 2 hours that runs continuously. allowing guests to share a message with the bride and groom in way where they feel comfortable, without a stranger poking a camera in their face. Messages are edited into the final reception video to capture all of the heartfelt words of love and wisdom from friends and family - $300.00
• Love Story Video - We shoot the couple talking about how they met, etc, and include couple provided photos that might illustrate what is being said, and shoot footage of the couple enjoying each others company. Tells the story of the couple, and can be shown at Rehearsal dinner and reception. - $1,000.00
• Bridal Elegance Video - $1,000.00

• Additional DVD copies - $15.00 each

For certain venues, 1 videographer packages are not available due to logistics/lighting/other out-of-the-ordinary characteristics. We will work with the couple to determine the best solution for those venues by adapting current packages, or by creating a completely unique offering that fits the couple's needs.
